Terms and Condition

Clients are advice to read and understand before signing the SRF (Service Request Form) submitting any phone for us to inspect and repair.

(1) Abby Technology will not be liable for any data lost during repair of any devices (i.e. pda, mobile phone & iphone)

(2) All phone submitted for insepction must have the Service Request Form filled up and sign plus inspection fee paid.

(3) Device repaired are given 30-day (thirty days warranty) from the date of repair and specific to the repair job done or specific part replaced.

(4) Date of phone being repaired as indicated by way email notification, voice call, voice message or texting.

(5) Owners must provide reliable mobile phone number and landline phone number for repair confirmation.

(6) Owners agreed that if balance of payment for repair is not made in full within 30-day, the repaired phone will be kept in lieu of payment.

(7) Abby Technology's management, staff and its agents reserves the right not to deal with questionable ownership of phones.

(8) In the case of insurance claims, owners must provide true and accurate information as of how phone was damaged.

(9) Owner of impact damage, water damge and corrupted phone firmware WILL NOT hold Abby Technology liable in the even that phone gets terminated (means phone became dead) due to pre-exiting damages or condition.

(10)  Owner must be responsible for using only insured courier for shipping phones to us for repair and provide own return shipping courier bag or sticker.

(11)  Abby Technology's management, staff and its agents wll not be responsible for any delay, lost of phone during shipping as it outside our control.

(12)  Abby Technology's management, staff and its agents will allow only the owner to pickup the repaired phone (i.e. the same person who submitted the phone for repair).  Other than that, client needs to product printed and signed authorization for collection.

(13)  Warranty on repaired phone will be voided if it sustain impact damage, tempering, misuse of phone and the security seal is broken,

(14) Force Majeure:  Abby Technology's management, staff and its agents shall not be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in  connection with any delay in delivery of the goods, or failure to perform any term of this contract where such delay or failure is caused directly or indirectly by an act of God, fire, armed conflict, labour dispute, civil commotion, intervention of a government, inability to obtain labour, materials or facilities and accidents, interruptions of, or delay in transportation or any other cause beyond the seller's control. 

(15)  Compliance:  The owner mobile phone devices shall be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits under and for compliance with all New Zealand legislation, regulations, by-laws or rules having the force of law in connection with the installation and operation of the goods.

(16)  Mitigation and Dispute:  Any claim or dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996. The contract including these terms and conditions of sale shall be subjected strictly to the prevailing governing New Zealand Law.
